model VMB0010 R2 Camera has not recorded in 38 days and wont reset

Cameras will not record motion at all last time it did was 38 days ago i have gone through all the system checks and have hit a dead end

the only thing they do is snapshot zero recoding at all i have shut down and deleted the cameras and still nothing

From the LIVE VIEW screen, if you hit the button in the center of picture that says LIVE, it take a snapshot?

no when i go to setting and click on snap shot it works if i refresh by hitting the live button is say 38 days ago like it is not working at alll

Ok, that is used for pan and zoom , not much else

Go to the MODE screen and click on ARMED

Go to the DEVICE screen and look at the cameras, check to make sure the running man are Black ( not gray ) above each camera

go walk in front of one close by and wave arms, jump around...

Does it record a video in LIBRARY ? In DEVICE screen , Does the GEAR abov the camera you were in front of have a number inside of it?
