If library content is deleted manually, is it deleted from the cloud?

I have a new Arlo wire free, my questions are about deleting recordings. If I am in the library and touch the trash can, and the recording appears to be deleted, is it really deleted, is it deleted from the cloud, is it deleted for ever and ever?

If you use the trash can, and the file is gone, yes it's deleted. Your not getting it back.

Remember this as if there is anything you THINK you may want, download it to your computer.
