Cameras not visible in Arlo as if not Synced

Hi,

I have 5 Arlo cameras that were connected to the base station.

3 of these cameras went offline and would not reconnect. I removed these cameras by clicking 'Remove Device' in the software. When trying to re-sync the cameras using the 'add device' button with the base station I get the confirmation rapid flashing light - but the camera fails to be visible in the software - it only recognises the 2 existing cameras.

I have replace batteries to check that this is not the issue.

Any ideas?

Try power cycling the base and log out and back into the app or browser. If you've only tried one of those, try the other - might just be a display issue.
