It says my camera is offline. The 3 lights on the base station are all on. It worked a few minutes ago? Help please

Power cycle the base. Open and close the battery door. Verify the batteries are good. Any luck?

thanks. What should the sensitivity setting be on; came on 80 from the start. Is a lower # make it less sensitive?
