with any online storage when you stop your subscription, your stored material is deleted; expecting otherwise is expecting too much. But maybe netgear staff will surprise us and that there is a solution for you.

About 4 months ago, I bought a system and hooked it up.

I signed up for a Premium support package... and I was able to retrieve videos that had been recorded.

A month and a half ago, I was moving, and knew that I would not be using my camera ssytem foir a month+, and so I unsubscribed, with the idea that I would resubscribe once I got relocated. I also was changing banks, I thought would be changing credit cards.

I now have reset up my camera system, and went to refer to some video that had been saved 2 months ago, and I could not access it.

I have now resubscribed and still can't access the earlier video that had been stored (or so it appears).

You would have thought that iof those recordings would later be unaccessible, a huge warning would have been sent prior to pushing a button.

What can I do to recover those videos, if anything?
