topic Rated for outdoors? in Arlo

Hi - I've had our basic Arlo video security system for about 5 months now and it's been great except recently one of our cameras started alarming every 20 seconds. I thought maybe it was a battery issue so I checked out the camera to replace the batteries and noticed the camera has water in it - I assume from the latest rain we had. Aren't these cameras rated for outdoors? Would warranty cover something like this? I've got the camera in a bag of rice to help dry it out but think it's toast. Who could I contact about this? Sure hope I'm not out the $140 for the camera.

Warranty should cover this but it's possible that the battery door wasn't properly closed. I've done it myself. Hopefully, drying it out is all you need.
