&lt;P&gt;At first rechargeables were allowed in Arlo cameras,,,then there were so many fake/bad cells out there causing problems Netgear decided it was safer to not recommend them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now they have approved a charger and cells combo with the necessary safeness, so it's back to rechargeables&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
