What have you tried? Did you try to resync the camera?

I did -- even switched out the batteries thinking maybe the new ones were bad, and still no luck. I can see the camera on my phone but it still shows its time to replace your batteries

I believe that's an older version of SW... should be Arlo Wire-Free Camera v1.2.10342

So Pull batteries, make sure they are in correctly

Go to settings and Use REMOVE DEVICE, then bring it back as new ( resync )

Power button reboot the base,.... let it come back online

Check for any red triangles near the camera which would indicate an update is available....click on if so and wait over night for update

Still not connecting - I removed it and now the base station doesn't find it at all
