That is brief info... So , I'll give an brief answer not knowing what you have tried.

Open and close battery door ( make sure batteries are good )

QUICK press on the base sync button , not hold.. two sec later press the camera sync button

thank you. I tried that serverl times. Then I swapped batteries with a camera that is working fine. The original working camera still works. the bad camera still does not work with the other batteries. the working camera went through the syncing process fine. the bad camera does not

Did you try completely removing the camera from your system and then add it back (with resync)?

thank you for the suggestion. I deleted the camera, then tried to add it back. I still did not sync.

after messing with it a little longer it synced. YIPEE!!
