&lt;P&gt;This could be due to poor signal strength or interference. Do you see the same behavior from all cameras or is it specific cameras that produce these results?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Relocating your base station or cameras (avoiding physical obstacles and other WiFi devices)&amp;nbsp;so that they are closer could help as this would strengthen the signal between the devices.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Corrupt recordings</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Unfortunately&amp;nbsp;when I try to email support I get an error message!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now have 7 cameras and Premier Support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I notice that, from time to time, my recordings stutter, break up and distort and even occasionally&amp;nbsp;'get stuck'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately i can't seem to be able to attach an example.. it says 'Invalid file type .MP4'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TimB&lt;/P&gt;</description>
