Base Station won't install

New system from Costco, not refurbished. I was able to get my base station installed the first time with no issue. Had some issues installing and syncing the cameras so removed the device and tried to reinstall. Now I get the message, "We are unable to claim this device" error message.

How can I install the base station?

After you MOVED it, did you use the same original user name/ password that it was originally registered under ?

Yes. Same user and password. Only removed the device becasue cameras were not syncing so thought maybe it was a base set-up issue.

Ok...make the base unit serial number is populating the proper space.

Also , reset the base by holding in the reset button for about ten secs till the front LEDs flashamber
