Hi, the maximum range I get before it detects motion is about 8 feet. I've tried aiming higher and lower and also varying the sensitivity but little changes. I received a reply from TomMac, thank you. Problem still remains.

Yes, but pls try and keep it in one thread so other can help and/or benefit with the answers too...

I understand the problem but, we'll go past basics... do you have more than one camera?

Can you swap the 'bad camera ' with another to test and see if it is the camera or location?

What have you tried over just changing the sense level?

Have you rebooted the camera and / or base ?

In the end, the things you try will assist you in getting a replacement from Netgear if needed... you can give them info as to same.

maybe take a screen shot of the area you are trying to cover too.
