      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, the maximum range I get before it detects motion is about 8 feet. I've tried aiming higher and lower and also varying the sensitivity but little changes. &amp;nbsp; I received a reply from TomMac, thank you. Problem still remains.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I understand the problem but, we'll go past basics... do you have more than one camera?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you swap the 'bad camera ' with another to test and see if it is the camera or location?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What have you tried over just changing the sense level?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you rebooted the camera and / or base ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the end, the things you try will assist you in getting a replacement from Netgear if needed... you can give them info as to same.&lt;/P&gt;
