Dropping offline is often a symptom of poor signal strength (or interference). Consider relocating the camera closer to the base station (temporarily) to further isolate the issue.

That's going to be issue then. Be it's not far from station but it's big room. I can't move my office to different place. Poor engineering.

The size of the room has little to do with anything. The walls, ductwork, etc can block the WiFi signal while other 2.4GHz wireless devices can inject interference. It's not bad engineering, it's the nature of wireless communications at these frequencies. Moving the base and/or camera(s) would be a good step to improve the setup.
