So I own 6 cameras with the router looking type base (before the arlo pro was released)

I now find that the new base has a siren in it.

Will arlo be releasing the new base by itself as an upgrade, I think its unfair to include an uneeded camera.

it would be even nicer if netgear would offer a tradeup to the Pro cam and/or base station.

But I think many would be content with the old base station if Netgear activated the two usb ports to be able to record on a usb drive.

The PRO base was scheduled to be released by itself to allow upgrading... don't know when
