    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. &amp;nbsp;I found the answer on how to set the length of record time for video but my main question is; when I select mode to start the process of changing the record time, the "Mode" screen takes forever to load. &amp;nbsp;I have been waiting close to ten minutes now as the screen just says "Please wait".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have tehat happen but not often. Sometimes it works best to close and reopen the app or log out and back in.</description>
