&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the base is connected to the internet from the LED behavior you describe above. Is the device you are using to try and complete set up (PC and Phone) on the same network as the base station?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Any ideas? It stays on discovery but never connects and customer service is terrible! They transferred me to a service that wanted to charge me 300.00 to make it work blaming it on my internet</description>
