The siren is part of the new base station. You can buy a new base that has the siren built in.

AFAIK, the Pro base is not yet available separately.

The Pro base is part of the Pro system released 6 months or so ago. The cameras feature mics/speakers and the Pro base has a siren and USB storage capability. Check the product info at the top of these pages.
