System was all wonky today telling me my cameras were offline. Aside frim that the reminder of of my dashboard was in mandarin or cantonese i dont know the damn difference but it was the language i had not chosen in my setup over a year ago.
Can arlo explain this as security concerns crop up again.

Was this error displayed when viewing from the web client or the mobile app (if the app, iOS or Android)?

Are you still seeing this behavior or was this a one time occurrence?

Android phone app. It just occured all of sunday afternoon

I got that Chinese (?) banner yesterday once on my browser (Chrome, W10). Hasn't happened since.

And I had FRENCH pop up ( banner saying I was logged out because of a second device ... and it was me doing same ) about same time

Is this still occurring? or was it only on Sunday? I've not been able to replicate this issue.
