      <description>&lt;P&gt;This usu occurs when the base unit was previously owned... the last owner didn't release the serial number from their account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Call Netgear Support to clear up the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
