Netgear may be able to check you base's logs.... and find out what's going on.

Only don't reset it again or the logs get reset too

So I would say it needs a call to Netgear Support.

Is it possible it was a used unit ??

The last few days I have been getting someone else's camera alarms.

The alarms are not mine, nor do they have my camera names associated with them. A couple of examples are the camera labels 'Front Door' & "Back Patio". These are not the labels I have designated for my cameras.

I get these alarms by push notifications only, no emails. When I log into my cameras to check, the numbers of (false) alarms are indicated by my library but none of my cameras register an alarm.

I've reset my router but that didn't help.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
