Good luck on trying to see details like that. These aren't the type of camera used for ID purposes (too wide angle lens, too much compression). For software, the free VLC is highly recommended, at least for starters.

Hi -

I have a video clip that I would like to examine in detail. Can somone recommend free/inexpensive software for the Mac that would allow me to enhance the video? I would like to minimally read license plate and logos from clothing/shoes.

Thanks in advance.
