How do we fix it remotely?

What are the LEDs showing when having issues? Should be 3 green ones. Do any devices show the need for firmware updates? Have you power cycled the base? Are you experiencing power or internet outages?

No this has been an on going problem. My base station goes off line from time to time. I have two seperate base stations. The base station in my home i have had o issues with. The 2nd base station is in a cabin hooked upo to cable internet and it has major intermittant issues on statying connected. I may have to go to a hard wired system. All camera's are synched and working when the base station is working.

It may well be a power outage or glitch that causes this. Consider a UPS/battery backup that you plug your modem, router and base into to fly through these events. How big a unit depends on hpow long an outage you may experience.
