      <description>&lt;P&gt;Use the Contact Support link at the bottom of these pages to open a case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The issue is that the person you bought the system from didn't remove the system from their account in Settings, My Devices. &amp;nbsp;If possible, contact the seller and have them do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A possible alternative solution is to hold the reset button for at least 1 minute and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
