      <description>You are unable to claim our device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Afgelopen woensdag hebben wij de Arlo beveiligingscamera gekocht. Wij hebben al heel veel moeite gehad met de installatie omdat het basis station niet gevonden kon worden. Dit is nu gelukkig gelukt, maar nu kunnen wij ons niet verder aanmelden omdat :Arlo momenteel niet beschikbaar is/we are unable to claim this device&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Last Wednesday we bought Arlo security. We've had a lot of trouble with the installation because the base station could not be found. This has now succeeded happily, but now we can not sign us further because: Arlo is currently not available / we are unable to claim this device</description>

      <description>I had this same issue setting up a refurbished system. After 5 minutes on the phone with Netgear support I was up and running. Give them a call.</description>
