Not Recording on Motion Detection

I just setup a 5 camera refurbished system. All the cameras are connected to the base, working, and report motion. I get notices on my cell that motion is detected yet none of the cameras are recording. How do I get them to record?

In your recording mode of choice (most people used ARMED), click to the right of the mode name on the pencil or ">" symbol to edit the mode. Then you'll see a list of rules. Edit the rules so that "Record video" is ticked. If you click the pencil or > next to Record Video, you'll get a slider to change the recording duration anywhere from 5s to 120s. Don't forget to click save as you go back

I had camera firmware updates available this morning. After installing them and using the Armed setting my cameras detect and record as they should. Neat product.

Was this for the Arlo or the Arlo Pro?
