I have reset the base station twice and unable to connect it and register it

NEVER post personal information on the Internet! It rarely makes any difference in the troubleshooting anyways.

What are the LEDs showing on the base? Power and Internet should be green.

You may need to contact support but first try holding the reset button for at least a minute. Some here have said support had them do that and it worked after that.
