Can you change the recording time, mind has just 10 seconds?

Yes. Edit your mode and edit the rule for each camera. Next to the "Record video" will be a pencil (in the app) or a ">" on the web interface. Click that and you'll have a slider to change recording time between 5s and 120s

when i change the slider to something closer to 30 seconds, there is no ability to save the setting on the website. where is the save button? when i save on the app, nothing happens and it still records only 10 seconds.

On the website, change the slider and then click 'back' and then scroll down to find the 'save' button. Why it's off the bottom of the screen makes no sense to me but that's the way it is
