Some users have had trouble downloading the firmware updates due to poor internet speeds (below the required 1mb upload).

Who is your ISP and what are your download/upload speeds?

I have six cameras. Five updated but one won't. It will update on the PC but when I go to the mobile it says needs update and then the PC needs update as well. We have taken out the batteries and resynced it but it still doesn't work.

This could be a problem with low battery or poor signal strength, temporarily relocate the camera close to the base station with a fresh set of batteries installed and try again.

Do you still see the same behavior?

It sounds like the update is failing. You indicate the rest of the cameras on your system updated without issue so this could point to a problem with the camera that is failing. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
