I am trying to reboot cameras from a remote location. I cannot find any RESTART button either on the app or on the Web version. I have read other answers about going to My Devices and selecting BAse Station and then RESTART. But there is not RESTART. Help, please.

First , the cameras cna not be rebooted remotely , only the base.

As mentioned, go to SETTINGS> MY DEVICES> BASE

After you get to the BASE hit ">" to edit... at bottom of page is RESTART and REMOVE DEVICE

If you don't see the base, the base may just be off line completely
