hello, I changed the batteries in one camera. after this it doesnt't run(?) What shoud be the reason? MS

It's possible the batteries weren't installed correctly - check to be sure. If the LED on the camera flashes blue when you close the battery door, it should be working. Does it give a quick blue flash followed by rapid blinking blue? If not, try power cycling the base. You may also need to resync the camera - remove it from Settings, My Devices and resync.

If all that fails, open a case with support.

thanks! the blue light is flashes for some seconds but at least its flashes yellow and nothing happens.

I will try to reset the base station or remove the camera and install it again.

Just remember its a quick push on the base sync button, then the camera
