    <description>&lt;P&gt;I searched the community first to see if I could fix this on my own but could not get my issue resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Night vision is not working&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In daytime mode seeing a grainy image with many little dots present&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Camera in live view is giving off a distorted Image&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Haze is clearly present in live view (Day mode)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Grainy Image with many little dots present (Day mode)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have six cameras connected to my Arlo device and one of them started alerting me that motion was detected and when I checked on it the image in the library it was completely black without the night vision activated. I checked the live view and it was also black. I took out the batteries and let it sit overnight to see if this would reset the issue but it did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other actions taken to try and fix this issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Changed the batteries&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Re-synced the camera&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Moved this camera to different locations in the house&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the App turned on/off the device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Checked the settings in the app&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Restarted the router/network&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This camera has been working fine until now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
