Mode always shows "getting information"

Whenever I am using my app (on iOS), and i try to arm the cameras, the mode just keeps saying "getting information". My rules arent named anything weird or have any weird characters (they are just named 1, 2, etc). I have tried rebooting the base station but that seems like it is only a temporary fix. When I am administering it from my computer at work, it seems fine - no prolonged "getting information" status indicator. Anyone else having issues like this?

If it works fine on the PC at work, it appears to be the IOS/phone...

Try and deleted the app and re-install on the phone

Also what phone and IOS version... ??

Thanks for the reply - my phone is iPhone 6 plus, iOS version = 10.2.

I will delete and re-add the app and see if it smartens up.

Also restart the phone if necessary.

Consider rebooting your base station (using on the on-off button). Allow the base station to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED. Do you still see the same behavior?
