    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Arlo worked great for about 6 months but now the base station will not connect to the internet.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the internet light on the base Amber?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And when you did the RESET, did you use ONLY the reset button as should have for 10 secs till the front leds flashed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the reset does not work, contact Netgear Support&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Base Station won't connect to internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have read alot of these threads trying to figure out this problem. &amp;nbsp;My Arlo worked great for about 6 months but now the base station will not connect to the internet. &amp;nbsp;My cameras will sync, but they will not show a picture on the app. &amp;nbsp;I have tried unplugging EVERYTHING (base station and router) from wall &amp;amp; boxes, I have tried the reset button MULTIPLE times, I have switched ports, I have switched cables....NOTHING IS WORKING. &amp;nbsp;I am extreamly frustrated. &amp;nbsp;HELP or I need to exchange for a new base station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have picked up this problem it seems also.&amp;nbsp; Whats intersting it still sends the video to my email, so the basestation is online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hate to do a hard reset, but that might be best option to see it if fixes it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update:&amp;nbsp; Hard reset fixed my problem.&amp;nbsp; Delete basestation from account and then add it once the reset is complete.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
