    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am receiving a message that says "we are unable to claim this device,.&amp;nbsp; To get help, please contacting us later and Arlo is currently unavailable"&amp;nbsp; I have had this device since it was brand new.&amp;nbsp; I just changed the batteries and now i have this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kayleen Lyman&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you logging into your app/browser using the proper credentials? &amp;nbsp;I haven't heard of this before, only when folks are trying a new install of apparently previously used equipment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contact Netgear support... it may be the unit is claimed under another account...It can only be cleared by Netgear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
