Camera won't record

Have the four camera set-up. One broke and they sent a replacement and since I got it back will not record to the library. Thied to reset and reboot but still nothing

What camera are we talking about... Arlo, Pro ??

Did you sync it in as normal, Have you checked the MODE your using to see if the camera is in it..?

Easy test, use the MODE ARMED, look at the Live View screen, At top of each camera is a 'running man".. If the camera is ARMED , the runining man for all cameras wil be BLACK.

I did the reboot and one camera is stating off-line and the problem one has no running man.

Got the one back on-line but still no running man on the problem one.

Got all four up and recording. The problem one was not armed. Thanks for pointing in the right area.
