&lt;P&gt;Consider removing the affected camera and then go through the sync process again. Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; select the affected camera &amp;gt; Remove Device.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're still having trouble, consider contacting the support team as suggested above.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>There is a battery problem with my camera</title>

      <description>It said no battery, need to replace. So I replace the battery, the light blink blue couple times but it still says need to replace the battery. I use the battery to replace on other camera it shows full charge. I wonder if there is any problem with the camera itself? What can I do to check it?</description>
