installed this base a week ago with one camera. seemed to work fine for a day or so, then camera lost connectivity with base. attempted complete reinstall and cannot get software to find base.

my connection is a 1.5 mbps dsl from at&t which is the fastest available in my area. speed test registers 1.3 for download speed and 1.2 for upload.

am i just out of luck for using this camera at my location?

Min upload recommended is 1MBs... so it should work

Do a reset of the base by holding in the reset for ten secs till the front leds flash amber

Open and close the battery dores to reset the cameras

Let the base reboot and get the first two lights green ( from left ) then sync the camera ( quick push on the base sync button )

i just reread my post--don't know how i got my upload speed so whacked. it's actually 0.21.

so kinda sounds like im sol on operating paramaters?

i live in a fairly remote area, and we just dont have the speed and bandwith i would like

You could potentially use a 4G hotspot if that would give you the speed. Of course, the data plan may kill you with its cost. There's also the Arll Go which isn't available yet but uses only cell service.
