      <title>Base Station not responding</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree this is very strange behavior. Did a factory reset (press and hold the reset button until all LEDs flash amber) result in the same behavior?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You might also consider plugging the base station into different wall outlets as it could possibly be a power issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As suggested above, if these steps don't help, contact support for further investigation.&lt;/P&gt;
