base station offline

I recently moved my base station to one location to a next. The system reads "offline", but the cameras are recording and I am getting occasional messages on the app. I have read the threads on this issue and are wondering which way to go. System reset?

easy and safe first is a power button reboot of base

Tried that initially, no luck. Strange thing also is that the cameras are only recording if the camera is physically moved, not if motion is detected.

Ok.. next is a pain but should work... system reset

Go to SETTINGS, pick camera, use REMOVE DEVICE

open and close battery door

After all cams done

Hold in the RESET button for about 10 secs till the front leds flash

Let the base reboot ( a min or two )

After base is back with power and internet, resync cams as when new ( remember quick push only on base sync button )
