trouble adding arlo camera to existing system

can someone please help me I wan to add more Arlo cameras to my existing system. I performed all the steps to add one camera at a time but the new camera just has the blue light blinking which tech support says it searching for the base station. The add camera light on the base station is flashinig also but the two will not link. I should be able to add up to 10 cameras to my system.

ANY IDEAS OR TECH SUPPORT

First thing is the push on the base sync button is a QUICK push and then a sec or two later push the camera button...DON"T Hold for 2 secs like the manual says.

This usu fixes most of those sync issues

Reboot your base station (using the on-off button), allow it to come back online and try again using the instructions given above by TomMac. Are you still seeing the same behavior?
