    <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is fixed thanks to the "Community" and Arlo support team;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- I did a complete factory default reset and resynch of the camera for the base station and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- Deleted and Reloaded the iPhone 5 APP, &amp;nbsp;then&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- Logged into &amp;nbsp;the "community"&amp;nbsp; and clicked the&amp;nbsp; "My profile" tab, then&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a -&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Clicked on "subscriptions &amp;amp; Notifications" tab, then&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b -&amp;nbsp; Changed my settings (if needed) then SAVED.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck and thanks to everyone for all your help!&amp;nbsp; ajjohn&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Dual Images on my wife's iPhone 5</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife see's two pictures from her base and one camera and also dual images from the base station and two cameras that are at a remote site,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to hafd reset her base and then synch her camera.&amp;nbsp; Now her Arlo camera show "wait, initializing" and is darkened,&amp;nbsp; She can see both of my remobe cameras. But her base station is not shown wnymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I on the other hand now cannot see her base station or her camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are my next best steps?&amp;nbsp; I thougnt of doing a complete reinstall oncluding her iPhe Arlo app?&amp;nbsp; Others please chime in!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Until this dual image issue we had no issue with these&amp;nbsp;stations or cameras in over a year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy New Year everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;aj&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;it's the last release from Dec 22...the ios app has been buggy, Netgear knows and will fix asap&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This issue has been resolved in iOS app version 2.3.2 please visit the app store and update your Arlo mobile app to this latest version.&lt;/P&gt;
