I set the camera on Record video if detects motion, but it is not recording. Why? Thanks

What sensitivity level is set? Try doing the motion detection test with the app and see if it works.

HI,

I set at the default level of 80%, also added a few more mode according to other thread. all the black man is running not greyed out.

It have not worked so far.

What firmware versions are shown in Settings, My Devices? Have you tried creating a new custom mode of your own to see if that works? What mode is currently in use?
