after few months offline . i wanted to reconnect my router , i did a reset (inserted the pin into reset botton )

but when trying to add my base i recive "unable to claim the device"

Looks like is was using an other email address

Now it's working

Seven51,

Before being able to claim the device with a new email address, you must first remove it from the original email address. Has this been done?
