Adding a Base station to an existing 1 Camera no Base station account.

I have a existing 1 camera system with no base staion account set up and Im trying to add a base station (VMB3000) and anothe Camera.

Under devices I can see both the old and teh new cameras, but under Modes I see only the base staion I added and my existing camera.

What sould I do to correct?

Did you click on the Arlo base in Modes ?

Correct, Under Mode I see my Base station that I've added and the existing Camera that I had installed originally that had no Base station.Under Devices I see my original camera and the new camera.

Also, my Base station is a Model VMB3000 that has 2 USB ports and 2 pictures on th front, one Looks like a House and the other a USB connection. Either f which are addressed in the instructions provided.

So above is a sample of what you should see...

The Arlo Base , which when clicked on, you see the available MODES

The next unit is a Q cam that does not use a base, clicking on that will show the modes available to it.

So, can you post a screen cut of what your seeing?

As to the last two leds on the base, the first three are POWER-INTERNET-CAMERA, as to the house and usb, they really aren't used ( was for option use never installed ) The first left leds muse be green to function properly

Thanks I was not aware that the Q could not be connected to a base station.

Having trouble with screenshots since I'm 2 monitors

My Devices screen shows:

Q Camera and New HD Camera

My Modes Screen Shows:

Base Station - Armed

Q Camera - Armed

It is not showing the the HD Camera.

Sould I remove the HD Camera from My Devices and try to re-connect it to My Base?

I'm still not getting 100% what's going on...

First, The Q cam can not be connected to the base... it shows up in the prgm/app as a device tho, which you are able to are, schedule, etc.

And sorry, but what model is your new HD Camera ? not sure what HD camera your talking about.

More that likely it should be connected to the base as all Arlo and Pro cameras do..

Base/Bases ( if one or more than one ) and Q cameras show up as in the above picture...THIS IS THE MODE PAGE

If if viewed from the SETTINGS page then DEVICES page, the bases shows and all camerasas a sub-set of the base, then other cameras like the Qs.
