Help with new login credentials but same base station

Hello Friends,

I am recieving a error message when I try to set a log in using a new username for my Arlo.

I recently forgot my user name which is why i had to create a new user name.

A new user name but same station.

I am wonder if i need to delete my previous user name which is linked onto my current station

please help

Contact Netgear... If you base was NOT remove from your old User name/ password you prob will not be able to access it.
