Due to a less-than-perfect installation by yours truly, :-(, one of my arlo wire-free cameras fell from its mounting place on the side of the garage to the driveway. Good news? Strudy little camera still works. Bad news? Dislodged the transparent "black" face plate the covers the IR illuminators. The nightvision still works perfectly, but now all daylight footage has a slight red tinge to it. Mostly just irritating, the funcitonality is still basically there, but if there is an optipn to replace the part (I've looked everywhere, I just can't find it!), that would be great. Is there a way to get parts, or am I stuck with the choice of a) live with it or b) replace the entire camera?

Love the product, keep up the good work.

Mark

I'd wipe on some silicone rubber to seal the gal. That may not be the issue sin CE IG could be the IR filter getting stuck partially in the light path. In that case, a new camera is your only option.
