One camera will not complete Firmware update

I have a camera asking for a firmware update that will not finish from 1.2.4941 to 1.2.10342. The other camera was able to update to 1.2.10342 and is working now. I have resynced cameras several times and factory reset the base and turned on off, changed the batteries etc.

Wait overnight and see if it automatically updates.

I waited overnight and it still says update is available, but wont let me click it.

Open and close the cam battery door, power button reboot the base...wait overnight
