      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, there is a number you can call and I have had numerous conversations that seem to be with Phillipine (perhaps ?) staff that are handling any enquiries. Have yet to get any response from Netgear regarding a resolution to this problem that seems to be with people like myself that have purchased a refurbished unit that is "unable to claim device". Seems to be the problem needs a fix at Netgears end and there is nothing that we can do in the meantime ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the number if you wish to call&amp;nbsp; 408-638-3750&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck and let me know if you find a solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
