Can't share videos after update

Model VMS3430-100NAS

I used to be able to share videos by e-mail or ot FB from the library.

Now all the email recipient gets is "No shared recordings found."

Anybody know the solution? Thanks.

Shared videos only last 24 hours at the supplied link.

I mean they aren't ever there in 5 minutes or an hour.

The link appears like it always did, but the error message is displayed instead of a video. This happened only AFTER A RECENT UPDATE..

Try a power button reboot of the base
