Camera did not catch theft, but I saw it while livestreaming. Does livestreaming record somewhere?

I have two cameras which are motion-activated and record for 10 seconds. I was drying my hair while livestreaming to see what was going on in the kitchen and saw someone steal money from my purse. I don't want to confront this person without proof, but I can't find the video from the camera's library. Does livestream video get recorded somewhere, and if so, how do I access it? Thank you! PS...I'm a new camera owner.

Live streaming does not automatically record. When live streaming you have the option to initiate a recording (using the record button).

While a live stream is active, the mode you have set is temporarily disabled until the stream is ended.
